In second place (now first?) is SnapNurse, a tech-enabled health care staffing platform ‘transforming the way nurses are recruited’. Located in Atlanta, Ga., it boasts a 146,319% 3-year growth rate. Third on the Inc. 5000 List is CDL 1000, which provides a ‘one-stop solution from port to door for B2B clients’. Located in Lyons Township (Cook County), Ill., CDL 1000 says that drayage is the most important part of the journey. Collateral Damage

The many excellent employees of hospitals, schools and corporations of all stripes, who refused to be jabbed, are creating new worlds.

Axed healthcare workers, for example, are starting up new healing enterprises that provide innovative help not available from their former employers. How exciting to witness their resilience and networking successes! Bumped teachers are stepping up to new ventures in superior academics.

Lots of small businesses are the winners: they get quality job applicants and more opportunities to push ahead to growth, profits and service. With more profits, more outstanding candidates will be hired.

Three cheers for the castaways— You inspire us!
